Slouch knee-high boots with a low block heel and buckle strap

These knee-high boots have a softly gathered shaft with a straight upper edge and a vertical rear seam. A strap with a metal buckle wraps around the lower shaft above the ankle area. The low stacked block heel and almond-shaped toe create a practical everyday profile. The pull-on design includes a tab at the top of the shaft and is suited to casual outfits in cooler seasons.
